Custom illustrated coffee token for Lido House Hotel in Newport Beach, CA.

Working closely with their team, I came up with a concept to use tokens left in guests rooms for coffee. The idea was to create something for guests to use as currency instead of charging it to their room or paying cash. These chips were displayed at several touch points for the guest experience.
